Rewarding and effective

I got started with the rSpine exercise about five weeks ago, rShoulders a couple of weeks later, and this one a few days after that. I do all three of them at least once a day now.
I look forward to my rTime each day, which provides solace and peace to both my mind and body.
This exercise, rFoot, is simple on the surface but, like the others in the rSeries, seems surprisingly deep in its positive physical and emotional effects.
I feel most fortunate to have stumbled across this high-quality form of guided movement. And my worries about falling in the future, when I'm older, have diminished in a most comforting way. This is a form of movement that will continue to benefit me throughout all the future stages of my life.
I am very grateful to the teacher and will continue to check each week to see if any new exercises are added to this series in the App Store.
As an old, overweight (but extremely physically active) woman, all of these movements are immensely helpful to my aching feet, back & shoulders, but I also have arthritic knees...so I am anxiously awaiting the promised "rknees." Soon?
